Qiana works collaboratively with foundation teams, organizational leaders, and key program stakeholders to support learning and shifts in practice change. Qiana brings a relationship-based approach to her work, with a strong commitment to supporting sustainable changes that are driven by stakeholder voices and perspectives. Her work is also informed by her knowledge of systems theory and data-informed leadership. Qiana is most inspired by the opportunity to embrace multiple sources and forms of data to better understand and present complex issues.

Qiana has ten years of experience in higher education where she served as a college access program leader, part-time faculty member, and administrator overseeing numerous large data-informed programs focused on student success and equity. Qiana also has experience with the application and use of evaluation in multiple settings. She has served an internal evaluator for a statewide education initiative where she examined issues impacting college access. Qiana has also worked within social sector organizations as a program leader where she partnered with local, regional, and statewide organizations focused on issues such as affordable housing, education access, substance abuse, and child abuse prevention.
